Our farm shop Sheoak Smoked Oysters are smoked at the farm using the Sheaok nut from the native Casuarina tree. The Glossy Black Cockatoo feasts on the seeds, then we collect the discarded nuts and use them as the wood source for our smoking box. Delciously hot smoked and packed in canola oil.
